A selection of standard hors d’oeuvres, typically 12 pieces per person,
begins at $12.50 per person plus tax. Service additional.
- Classic Hors D’Oeuvres: A Classic
selection of hors d’oeuvres, typically 12 pieces per person, begins at
$15.00 per person plus tax. Service additional.
- Dinner Standards: Priced
$20.00 to $23.00 per person plus tax. Service
additional.
Dinners include two to three hors d'oeuvres per person, served as
guests arrive.
- Classic Dinners: Priced
from $24.00 to $35.00 per person plus tax. Service
additional. Dinners include two to three hors d'oeuvres per
person, served as guests arrive.
- Desserts: Both
standard and classic dinners include dessert. Some customers
order extra desserts.
- Luncheons, Brunches and
Gourmet Box Lunches: Priced $10 to $25 per person plus
tax. Service additional.
Most Hors D'Oeuvres Customers mix
selections from both Standard
and Classic Menus. The resulting price is
a blend between the two price ranges.
Cocktail Buffets: customers
who want to hold a cocktail hors d'oeuvres party but also would like to
give their guests the option of more substantial, dinner type fare
typically choose one or two main entrees from the Standard or Classic
Dinner Menus, for example a balsamic glazed salmon or sliced, roast
beef tenderloin with honey hot mustard glaze.
Dinners may be served
either sit-down or buffet style. Sit down dinners require more
servers and may require a wine server.
